One of the best ways to learn more about wine and the varietals you enjoy most is through our “Flight Selections” menu. Each flight has been carefully chosen to provide you a unique opportunity to compare three great wines. Our flights and by the glass selections change frequently.

Cuveé 928 is also the purveyor of great foods, perfect for your lunch or dinner desires. We have selected an award winning Chef, Scott Heinonen whose experience is unprecedented for northern Arizona.

Scott has worked hard preparing an eclectic menu that is wine friendly. His soups and other creations have become legendary. The menu features many plates to share, salads, sandwiches and an array of daily specials. Scott’s “made from scratch” desserts are a must—choose from Barely Baked Chocolate Cake, Homemade Truffles, Espresso Creme Brulee—you won’t be disappointed!
